Collin has over 10 years experience working in the concrete industry.  He has worked on many successful projects in the Caribbean and in Edmonton, Alberta, where he now resides.

Some of the projects include The Turks and Caicos Carnival Cruise Dock and Cruise Ship Complex, Digicel Telephone Tower, Grand Turk Hospital, The Edmonton International Airport Extension, The Anthony Henday South Overpass, The Kaye Edmonton Clinic, Quesnell Bridge, Edmonton Expo Centre, Escapes Condominium and Monsignor Fee Otterson Catholic School.

Collin’s expertise include being able to produce concrete to exact specification as well as ensuring product maintains strength through rigorous quality testing.  Collin also has 15 years working experience in engineering and has worked on many oilsand mining projects in the Fort Mac Murray area.

To keep current with emerging concrete technologies Collin attends the annual World of Concrete Expo in Las Vegas whenever the opportunity arises and has attended numerous courses which are invaluable when dealing with clients.  Some of these courses include, Concrete Basics, Trouble shooting Concrete Field Problems, How to handle hot and cold weather concreting, Preparing an accurate and profitable construction estimate, Managing Customer Expectations, No Yelling: The Nine Secrets of Leadership you must know to win in business.

Colin holds a Batch Plant Manager’s Certificate issued by NRMCA and has attended ACI’s Field Technician course.

Collin is an avid Nascar racing fan and his dream is to one day sit beside Dale Earnhardt Jr. on the track.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, and as a certified scuba diver he also enjoys spending time diving off the islands in the Caribbean.

Marcel Noskiye joined the PTFN Development Corporation management team as our new Safety and Asset Manager in October 2015. Marcel comes to the company after 16 years at Predator Energy as a Battery Operator and he brings a significant amount of oilfield experience and management wisdom to the team.

Marcel will be responsible to manage the company Health and Safety Excellence (HSE) Program as well as the assets and equipment of the company. In this significant role Marcel will be taking a leading role in advancing our company’s current HSE Program to stand above the industry standard to ensure that every one of our employees comes home safe each day as well as ensuring our clients that we can be trusted to deliver our services within industry safety expectations. 

The Asset Management role is a new position at the company and it comes with the responsibility to ensure that all of our equipment is managed and monitored for safety, maintenance, and performance.In addition to these activities, we expect that Marcel will take an active and leading role in the ongoing management decisions for the company operations. 

In this new management role and as the acting Peerless Trout Deputy Fire Chief, Marcel continues to contribute to the community well-being and economic growth of the Peerless Trout First Nation.


Jimmy Netowastanum, Manager of PTEI

As the Manager of PTEI, Jimmy is tasked with actively managing all operational contracts held by PTEI. This includes managing staff and resources to ensure that all active projects are completed as per the operational plan and within client expectations. Working within the PTFN Development Corporation management team, Jimmy also provides valuable insights on local opportunities and community resources that can be implemented into the company’s strategic goals and plans. With 20 years of oilfield experience behind him, Jimmy is able to direct and manage the civil earth works and oilfield services for company clients in the interests of the Company and his Nation.

Beverly C is a member of Peerless Lake and was born and raised in the community.  Beverly began working for PTEI in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the past few years Beverly has been dedicated to her job. Beverly has advanced her working knowledge to include maintaining the accounts receivables, invoicing clients, processing work orders for staff, and filing. She ensures that all matters pertaining to the company are looked after in a timely and efficient manner.  Beverly has a great deal of respect for Management at the Development Corporation. Their knowledge and work experience provide her with guidance for her daily job duties. Beverly notes there is always so much to learn and that allows for making the job enjoyable. Beverly also enjoys being around others and promotes a fun working environment for her team.

Beverly has proven her dedication to her job and her community as she invests time in her training and skillsets. She has taken courses such as bookkeeping from Northern Lakes College and various safety courses. In the past, Beverly completed a certificate of Office Administration from Portage College. She also has past experience as a teacher’s assistant.

Outside of the office Beverly is a proud Mom of three children and those children are her top priority. Beverly prides herself in being a dedicated Mother through her dedication to their school field trips and sports, especially hockey.
